To protect your peace of mind and that of your loved ones, Alcatel XL785 Voice is equipped with an advanced call blocking* function, with 2 modes:
– manual mode: block numbers one by one during or after a call, using a dedicated key (you can block up to 100 calls)
– automatic mode: only numbers stored in the phonebook will make the phone ring.

What’s more, because it’s an XL product, it has a large, ultra-readable backlit display (with names and numbers) and a large keypad for easy dialling. It also has an LED that flashes when there’s an incoming call.

In terms of sound performance, the XL785 Voice features an audio-boost button that increases the earpiece volume during conversation by up to +25dB. To make life easier, the hands-free function (adjustable to 5 levels) makes it easy to share your conversations. XL785 also has a powerful ringer, adjustable up to 80dB.

XL785 Voice has 3 direct memories (M1 to M3) on the handset for easy dialling of your favourite numbers. These 3 direct memory keys are also found on the answering base, as well as a line seizure key, so you can answer calls in hands-free mode and call the 3 direct memory numbers, even when the handset is in another room. So practical! 
And don’t forget: the phonebook can hold 100 names and numbers.

Finally, the answering machine function, with an average recording time of 30 minutes, is extremely easy to use, thanks to control buttons on the base (and on the handset) and a message counter.
