ATLINKS is committed to protecting your Personal Data and to complying with the Regulations applicable when collecting or using it.

We invite you to consult this document regularly as it is regularly updated to take into account changes in the Regulations, according to legislative developments and the case law of the courts.

Our data protection policy applies whether we are acting as a Data Controller or as a Sub-Contractor within the meaning of the Regulation.

Our Register of Processing is maintained and regularly updated.

            The Data we collect and process

We process Data that you provide to us or to which we have access through our business relationship with you. This includes:

- your administrative data, such as: surname, first name, telephone number, email address, social network contacts, business details, photo, ...

- your transaction data, such as: payment methods, customer number, transaction identification, delivery methods

- and Data collected by means of Cookies on the Sites, such as: IP address, date and time of connection, connection contents.

             What we do with your Data

We collect and process your Data in order to:

- manage our business relationship and agreements with you,

- promote our products and services, including by sending you information letters, newsletters and commercial offers, ...

- to invite you to events that we organize that may be of some interest to you

- to improve the quality of our communication, including in terms of customer satisfaction.

The purpose of this collection and processing is to enable us to fulfil our obligations, both in the context of the business relationship between us and in our legitimate interest, and/or after receiving your consent.

             How long do we keep your Data

We retain your Data for as long as is necessary for the management of our business relationship and for the fulfilment of our legal and regulatory obligations and duties.

We may need to retain certain Data for longer periods for backup purposes, either on our internal or outsourced servers, and we will ensure that strict access and confidentiality requirements are met in such cases.

             Who has access to your Data

Only those of our employees who are authorized to process your Data and who have been trained to do so, as well as our subcontractors and service providers, have access to your Data.

We take care to ensure that such access to your Data is strictly limited to the purposes for which it is processed, in accordance with the Regulations.

We undertake not to trade in your Data and not to share it without your prior express consent.

In accordance with the Regulation, the Processing of your Data is carried out only within the European Economic Area or in countries with adequate legislation within the meaning of the Regulation, i.e. ensuring a level of protection of your Data equivalent to the European level in force.

The technical and organizational security measures we take for your Data.

We have put in place technical and organizational security measures for your Data, appropriate to its sensitivity, to protect its confidentiality and integrity and to prevent damage, deletion or unauthorized access, such as: staff training, storage in secure physical areas, password encryption, anonymization.

             Your rights

You have the right to access your Data at any time.

You may also request the deletion of your Data, their updating, the rectification of erroneous or obsolete Data.

You also have the right to object at any time to the processing of your Data. If such restriction or objection would hinder the normal performance of our contractual obligations to you, we will notify you.

For any request for information, as well as to exercise your rights, you can contact our Data Protection Officer at dpo@atlinks.com. You will receive a reply within one month of receiving your request.

             Some definitions:

Personal data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, that is to say a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier, such as a name, an identification number, location data, an IP address, or to one or more factors specific to his or her physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity. (GDPR, Article 4 (1))

Regulation: General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (RGDP), Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 amended by Law 2018-494 of 20 June 2018 and its Implementing Decree of 1 August 2018, as well as any other regulation applicable to the protection of personal data within the European Union.

Person responsible for/of the Processing “Controller”: The natural or legal person, public authority, department or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the Processing. (GDPR, Article 4 (7))

Sub-processor: The natural or legal person, public authority, department or other body that processes Personal Data on behalf of the Controller. (GDPR, Article 4 (8)).

Processing: Any operation, whether or not carried out by automatic means, which is applied to Personal Data, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, dissemination or otherwise making available, erasure or destruction. (GDPR, Article 4 (2)).

COOKIE POLICY

Our Sites use Cookies (2) for statistical purposes, in order to monitor and improve browsing conditions.

These Cookies also allow us to offer you personalized content, where appropriate, to have a communication space with you, to provide you with the user support services to which you have subscribed, to manage payment services and to send you promotional messages taking into account your browsing history and preferences.

We do not set cookies without your express consent.

Please note that access to certain features of the Sites may be denied if you do not accept Cookies.

The user is informed that, during his visits to the Site, a cookie may be automatically installed on his browser. The cookie is a block of data that does not allow the identification of the users but serves to record information relating to the navigation of the user on the Site.

This information may allow Atlinks to personalize the Site in order to facilitate the user's navigation during this visit and subsequent visits. You may set your browser to reject cookies, but in this case the products may not function properly.
